1. Browse through the themes and accessories, don't forget to let your child have his/her say in what he/she wants, it is his/her party after all.
2. As you go along mark the items you would like.
3. E-mail us your choice of themes and accessories and we will send you an invoice.
4. You will pay the total amount of the invoice into our bank account.(Please check postage before making payment)
5. Once money is received by our bank account, shipment will be made – delivery time depending on postage required + 3 days processing time.

Please note:

• All shipments are sent via the Postal Service and we can dispatch to any destination within South Africa.
• Order will be cancelled if payment is not received within
  48hours of placing the order
• Normal Postage - takes 7 working days - charges depending on the order.
• Speed Postage - takes 2-3 working days - charged at R65 per KG or part thereof.
• If you would like to collect your parcel - no delivery fee applies and you can collect between: 17:45 - 18:30 OR 08:30 - 09:30(by appointment) when your order is ready. We are in Panorama, Cape Town.
• We take responsibility for the shipment until it is signed for at the point of delivery.
• We have a no returns policy.
